JAS China hosted prominent speakers for a Lunch & Learn dedicated to women’s leadership and career development to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The China team heard from seasoned global HR leader, Cathy Gui, who credited the 4C’s – competency, character, change and comfort for guiding her through various stages of her career.
Cathy was joined by Tahira Fumo, JAS Worldwide CFO, Cissy Lu, JAS China Chief Commercial Officer, and Jennifer Cai, Business Process Manager for a roundtable discussion that inspired attendees to follow their passions, step out of their comfort zone, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Later, Tahira unveiled the initiatives and regional plan for the Women@JAS program, a supportive community aimed at breaking down barriers, amplifying voices, and creating a supportive community for women to connect and excel.
Through events like these, JAS demonstrates its dedication to translating aspirations of inclusion into tangible actions – fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and lead with confidence.
